The Operations Specialist Role

Stella Stays is seeking an Operations Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of properties to company standards. The Operations Specialist will support property management strategies, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to Stella Stays' operational and service standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Be available during emergencies to ensure guest safety and support.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule and in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and current operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, supervising work, and managing costs within budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks, solve problems effectively, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to process improvements is essential.
