The Role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor Warehouse to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various operational staff, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will supervise warehouse activities, ensuring accurate order preparation and confirming that goods are delivered to all branches correctly and on time. This role requires close collaboration with different teams to maintain high operational standards and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Duties

• Monitor and track KPIs for Team Leaders, pickers, and all operational departments.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Oversee order preparation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all branches.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Prepare reports and provide performance insights.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and detail-oriented in managing daily operations.
• Proven capability to monitor team performance and track KPIs effectively.
