About the Role

Jotun Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for managing an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up on warehouse and logistics activities. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse and logistics personnel, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Organize the handling of all incoming orders and related activities.
  • Plan and organize daily distribution activities.
  • Oversee all operations within the warehouse, including receiving raw materials and packaging, controlling Certificates of Analysis, ensuring safe storage, conducting counts, and managing distribution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal and external HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) requirements.
  • Handle non-conforming goods and monitor transport delivery performance.

Leadership and Team Development

For roles with subordinates, the Warehouse Supervisor will lead the team in line with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations and tools. This involves developing, coaching, and guiding team members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs.

Experience and Reporting Structure

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics supervision. The Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
