About the Role

Acwa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in Tabuk. This full-time position is central to overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the facility.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, and enforcing safety protocols. The primary objective is to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time, contributing to overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Enforce health, safety, and company policies.
• Schedule staff and allocate work assignments to meet operational demands.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Operate or supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related supervisory capacity. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
