About the Role

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize warehouse operations in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment within the healthcare sector.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse processes, and leading a team to uphold stringent safety and quality standards. This position requires effective coordination with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations for medical diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, including verification of quantities and inspection of quality.
  • Maintain stock levels in main, sub, and area stores, ensuring they do not exceed approved quantities.
  • Review the availability of each item to ensure sufficient stock to cover consumption needs.
  • Confirm that all received goods meet required standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of stored items.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions and activities.
  • Perform periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in a medical laboratories warehouse is required.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 software.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
