About the Role

Aramex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the efficient implementation and execution of all warehousing activities, ensuring operations meet established standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Core Function

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. This involves meticulous management of stock, adherence to operational procedures, and proactive measures to prevent losses, all while maintaining the company's brand integrity.

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Perform operational procedures to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all clients.
• Report any information that might impact the company image, brand, or functioning.
• Ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is updated accurately and on time as per procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and avoid discrepancies.
• Utilize available resources to meet customer SLAs.
• Ensure operations run as per standards to avoid any type of losses.
• Run operations to avoid loss or damage related to human resources, customer goods, or facility.

Team Leadership and Development

• Ensure the team meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Set KPIs for direct reports and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage the team to ensure performance is up to standard.
• Train and develop direct reports, ensuring optimal team performance.
• Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS, and process work orders.
• Ensure training of warehouse staff on customized logistics procedures and requirements for new customers.
• Identify direct reports' training needs and propose necessary training to HR.
• Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically within the organization.

Compliance and Standards Adherence

• Adhere to company HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), compliance, and sustainability corporate policies, processes, and standards.
• Act on all assigned outcomes of quality audits.
• Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervision role or a related field. A proven track record in managing warehouse operations, ensuring SLA adherence, and leading a team is essential for this position.
