About the Role
The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational workflows, enhancing service levels, and improving the experience for examinees, working closely with the Financial Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational processes for examinations within the Financial Academy, collaborating closely with partners and the operations team.
- Maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver an excellent level of support to CISI partners and members, ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues across relevant departments to provide high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and service development.
- Participate regularly in events pertinent to Institute members and key partners.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Effective communication skills and a proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse parties.
- High organizational skills, with the flexibility and effectiveness to adapt to various challenges and changes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with effective problem-solving and solution-finding abilities.
- A positive and proactive personality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in operations and customer service management.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to analyze operational data and customer experience metrics.
