About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing critical government-related processes for employees, including Iqama, work permits, and visas, ensuring full compliance with regulations and maintaining continuous legal status. The specialist will also provide essential support to stakeholders, ensuring high service standards and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Support Specialist will be accountable for the following key areas:

  • Manage and control Iqama renewal processes via Muqeem, including developing tracking sheets, monitoring shared files for follow-ups, and resolving renewal notices and compliance alerts.
  • Review, issue, and follow up on new and renewed work permits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ministry of Labor requirements.
  • Process Exit/Re-Entry (ERE) visas, including emergency extensions, final exits, and cancellations, along with preparing and finalizing settlements for these cases.
  • Handle night-shift processing for emergency Exit & Re-Entry cases when required.

Government Coordination and Financial Processing

This role involves direct coordination with government entities and managing related financial transactions:

  • Lead and control new projects related to Iqama renewals and follow up on profession change requests.
  • Process dependent separation payments in accordance with established regulations.
  • Execute required payments for Exit & Re-Entry visas, Iqama renewals, and work permit fees through banking systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

Stakeholder Engagement and Emergency Support

The specialist will also provide essential support and maintain communication across the organization:

  • Maintain daily communication with alfanar’s administration and staff, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing operational support.
  • Manage professional email correspondence related to government services and employee matters.
  • Provide emergency coverage and duty support, acting as a replacement during departmental vacancies or emergencies.
  • Handle emergency cases during and after official working hours, including monitoring and resolving Iqama-related issues during night shifts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in a related capacity.
