About the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global operations and is seeking an Operator & License Owner to establish, manage, and expand its football platform in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role offers an opportunity to build and operate a local football operation, enhancing football accessibility within the city.

Role Overview

As the Operator & License Owner, you will be responsible for leading the growth of Stranger Soccer in Riyadh. This includes developing local partnerships, managing operational aspects, and cultivating an active community of players. The role provides autonomy in shaping local operations while leveraging the established systems, expertise, and support from Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Riyadh.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and foster community growth.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for improving and expanding local operations.

Headquarters Support

Support from the Singapore headquarters will be provided, encompassing:

• A technology platform for application management, payments, and operations.
• Established operating systems and processes.
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
