Role Overview: Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading finance transformation engagements, helping clients modernize their finance functions, and defining strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will also drive the growth of the Finance Reinvention Partner team and serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements, assisting clients in modernizing finance functions, defining strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and developing actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive the growth of the Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, applying deep finance transformation expertise to resolve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
• Help clients unlock business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable improved decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
• Design future-state finance processes across Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC) that incorporate generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
• Design leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) using functional design and collaborate with technology teams and ecosystem partners.
• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
