About the Role

Clouding AI is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Program Leadership and Delivery

The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle ERP transformation program, encompassing planning, execution through go-live, and stabilization phases. This role involves driving governance, managing the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring stakeholder alignment, and realizing value across a complex, multi-workstream engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete delivery lifecycle of the Oracle ERP transformation program.
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap, timelines, and resourcing plans across all workstreams.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities among functional, technical, and change management teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client program sponsors and steering committees.
• Track and report on program milestones, budget, risks, and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Ensure program delivery adheres to client governance frameworks and established program methodology.
• Manage scope changes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when applicable.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive-level status reports.
• Anticipate and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, specifically with large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience in driving governance, PMO, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
