Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting HR digital transformation, HCM system implementation, and HR process optimization projects within the region. The position may require relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and analyze HR processes.
• Support HCM system implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Demonstrate understanding of core HR, payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law and local HR requirements.
• Support data migration, system testing, and user training.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an HCM Consultant.
• Proven experience in HR digital transformation and HCM system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills for gathering business requirements and optimizing HR processes.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Relocation may be required for this role.
