About the Oracle HCM Manager Role

Atmaal is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of its Oracle HCM platform. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is critical for ensuring HR processes are digitalized, efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, with the Oracle HCM Manager serving as the primary owner of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules across various HR functions, including HR Operations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
  • Manage implementation plans, timelines, and project deliverables, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure successful system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of Oracle HCM, ensuring system availability, security, and effective user access management.
  • Drive the automation of HR processes using Oracle HCM, reviewing existing workflows, recommending digital improvements, and ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM best practices.
  • Lead user training and change management initiatives, developing user guides and support materials to promote effective utilization of Oracle HCM across HR teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance within Oracle HCM, monitoring HR master data quality and compliance, and supporting reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities, evaluate new Oracle HCM features, and lead continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions, collaborating with IT teams and external vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required. Preferred professional certifications include Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Foundations Associate and Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Professional.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules and functionalities, HR business processes and best practices, and HRIS implementation and system governance.
  • Skills: Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, and effective project coordination and change management skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated individual committed to driving HR digital transformation through effective management of the Oracle HCM platform.
