Role Overview

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect – Utilities Sector for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Oracle Utilities solutions for a client in the region. The ideal candidate will apply extensive expertise in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and the broader Oracle Utilities product suite.

Role Context and Focus

The Solution Architect will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust technical solution designs. A strong understanding of utility business processes across electricity, water, gas, and multi-utility organizations is essential to ensure solutions are aligned with industry operations and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions utilizing Oracle Utilities products and technologies.
• Develop scalable, secure, and resilient solution architectures in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical solution designs and architecture blueprints.
• Define application, integration, infrastructure, and security architectures for Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Review and approve technical designs produced by development teams to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure solutions maintain alignment with Oracle best practices and relevant industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle technologies, with a significant focus on Oracle Utilities solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Utilities enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in key Oracle Utilities products, including:
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
  • Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
  • Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M)
  • Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Oracle Utilities Analytics

Domain Expertise and Project Experience

Candidates should possess proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and participation in digital transformation projects. A strong understanding of utility industry operations and associated business processes is critical for success in this role.
