Role Overview

The Organization Design and Workforce Planning Director will lead the development of high-performing organizational structures and manage workforce planning processes. This role involves interpreting business strategy into actionable insights, developing comprehensive organization designs, and supporting their implementation. The Director will also provide thought leadership and consulting support to HR Business Partners and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization design projects, including detailed design deliverables, from principles to final implementation planning.
• Interpret business strategy and conduct organization analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Develop job profiles, considering job architecture, competency, and grading design, and support workforce transition.
• Assist in implementing the annual business plan and targets for the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment with RSG's vision.
• Contribute to the functional budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
• Provide thought leadership and consulting support to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on organizational assessment, design, and strategic staffing plans.
• Lead the annual strategic workforce planning process, providing guidance and tools for a unified corporate approach.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Division to define and operationalize a joint HR/Budget approach for strategic workforce planning.
• Oversee the aggregation and analysis of strategic staffing plans and facilitate management reviews.
• Strengthen and continuously improve strategic workforce planning through process simplification and technology enhancements.
• Provide guidance and tools to HR Business Partners for analyzing existing organization designs and developing alternative models.
• Design and deliver workshops, briefings, and playbooks to support HR Business Partners in leading strategic workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant functional policies, processes, and standards.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organization design projects of varying complexities.
• Proficiency in interpreting business strategy and performing organization analytics.
• Experience with job architecture, competency, and grading design.
• Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning processes and tools.
• Ability to provide consulting support to senior leaders and HR Business Partners.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with various HR teams, business units, and the Finance and Accounting Division to achieve strategic objectives.
