OT/AIoT Engineer

About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an experienced OT/AIoT Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on industrial connectivity, OT systems integration, and secure data exchange between plant systems and AI/IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and integrate DCS, PLC, SCADA, OPC-UA servers, and historians with AI platforms.
• Configure tags, namespaces, sampling, buffering, time synchronization, and data transfer.
• Deploy and support edge gateways/connectors while maintaining OT network security.
• Validate signal availability, data quality, units, timestamps, and equipment/process mapping.
• Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, data loss, and interface issues.
• Coordinate with control, instrumentation, networking, cybersecurity, and data teams during testing, commissioning, and production support.
• Support OT network segmentation, firewalls, certificates, access control, backup/recovery, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Interpret PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, cause-and-effect diagrams, and network drawings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in industrial connectivity, OT systems integration, and secure data exchange.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in refinery or continuous process industries.
• Familiarity with AVEVA PI / Aspen IP21, MQTT, or other industrial integration technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics in an OT environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and ISA-95 standards.
