Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B) Role

Syarah is seeking an Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B) to manage supplier relationships and support procurement operations. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on handling suppliers and clients within a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B).
• Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support the onboarding of new vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Syarah's procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to handling suppliers and clients.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with suppliers and clients.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
