About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Painter/Polisher to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining the visual appeal of hotel finishes, contributing to the overall guest experience. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply finishes, including paint and polish, to surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet established standards and timelines.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings using various materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil.
• Maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces with appropriate stains, varnishes, and lacquers.
• Ensure all painting tools, equipment, and work areas are kept in excellent working condition.
• Manage painting supply inventory and ensure the safe and proper storage of all paints and solvents.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership. A focus on delivering results with urgency and discipline is also essential.
