Alkhorayef Commercial Company is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to managing spare parts sales and fostering strong customer relationships within a dynamic commercial environment.

Role Overview

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for driving spare parts sales, accurately identifying customer requirements, and maintaining robust client relationships. This position contributes directly to achieving sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and ensuring efficient coordination with internal operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle spare parts sales for both counter and account customers.
• Identify customer parts requirements and recommend the correct spare parts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure sales.
• Proactively contact and visit customers to develop business and generate revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders and inquiries.
• Support the achievement of parts sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in spare parts sales.
• Preferred experience in Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, or Automotive Spare Parts.
• Experience in both counter sales and B2B/account sales is considered an advantage.
• Experience using ERP or parts systems is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
