About the Role

Alesayi Better Life (العيسائي لحياة أفضل) is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on selling approved spare parts and accessories, achieving external sales targets, and maintaining strong, lasting customer relationships.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to drive the sale of approved spare parts and accessories, ensuring the achievement of specified external spare parts sales targets. The role also involves cultivating and sustaining robust professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with external clients and build strong, lasting professional relationships.
• Receive and coordinate customer requests in accordance with approved procedures.
• Prepare a monthly sales plan aligned with the defined monthly target.
• Introduce new and available spare parts and accessories to customers.
• Categorize customers based on their purchase volume and offer discounts according to the approved classification for each customer.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on market conditions, competitors, and any other information supporting business needs, as directed by the direct manager.
• Forward customer requests to the main office for processing and preparation.
• Achieve at least 90% of the defined sales target.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience in sales.
• Experience in spare parts and accessories or related fields is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
