About Foodics and the Pay Expansion Executive Role

Foodics is a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider, established in 2014 with headquarters in Riyadh. Operating across 5 countries and serving customers in over 35 nations, Foodics has processed over 6 billion orders and is recognized as a rapidly evolving SaaS company in the MENA region. We are seeking a Pay Expansion Executive to join our team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Pay Expansion Executive will specialize in POS and cash management solutions within Foodics, focusing on increasing the adoption of Foodics Pay products among the existing customer base. This role involves close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Operations, and Sales, to identify and create opportunities for customer portfolio growth. The objective is to deliver solutions that provide significant value to both customers and Foodics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales, account management, and product knowledge, complemented by a technical background to effectively navigate sales processes and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Foodics Pay products to existing clients.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities with a strong closing rate.
  • Cultivate solid customer relationships to ensure high-value outcomes, growth, and revenue generation.
  • Close pre-generated opportunities from cross-functional teams and consult with customers on potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Understand the market landscape, align with customers on market trends, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Engage with customers to demonstrate and showcase Foodics products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with potential customers to ensure utilization.
  • Report on closed wins and losses, and contribute to process enhancement for improved results.
  • Communicate periodically with the Sales Expansion Team Leader regarding process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback.
  • Initiate customer calls, schedule meetings, and proactively address customer needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in sales, pipeline, and funnel management, including managing an entire sales cycle and ensuring full-service delivery.
  • Must have solid English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
