  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews, adjustments, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare payroll, headcount, staff cost, and workforce analytics reports for HR, Finance, and management.
  • Maintain strong payroll controls, documentation, audit trails, and data confidentiality.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ad hoc workforce cost analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in payroll and administration.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll for a large employee base (1,000+ employees).
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms for payroll and compensation data management.
  • Strong analytical skills for payroll reconciliation, costing, and reporting.
