About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Pediatric Dentistry Registrar to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to pediatric patients within a structured clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities in Patient Care

• Assess patients thoroughly and document all findings accurately.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and medication usage.
• Promote health and educate on disease prevention strategies.
• Order and review results of patient investigations to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
• Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
• Perform specific clinical privileges based on individual training, experience, and skills, adhering to Saudi health council guidelines.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by specialty and clinical privileges.

Clinical Standards and Professional Conduct

• Adhere strictly to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws, Strategic Plan, and Rules & Regulations.
• Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines established by NCC.
• Actively participate in all assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
• Maintain adherence to CBAHI standards of care.
• Establish and foster effective, cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, and their families.
• Complete all mandatory fire safety requirements.
• Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance policies.

Continuous Improvement and Development

• Participate in continuous quality improvement and program evaluation activities, ensuring Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are consistently met.
• Contribute to the continuous professional development of all junior staff members.
• Maintain an evidence-based approach in all clinical practices.
• Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care plans.
• Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education programs for the assigned Section, Department, or Clinical area, as directed by the chairman. This may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs.

Work Environment

The role operates entirely indoors. The working schedule is 6 days per week, with one designated day off. Daily working hours consist of 8 net hours, structured according to a shift schedule approved by the head of the department.
