The Role of People Experience Partner

Tabby is seeking a People Experience Partner for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the end-to-end employee experience within Tabby's KSA entity, acting as a hands-on partner to the business. The position integrates onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management enablement, Saudization planning, and engagement with Saudi government relations. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the People Experience Partner ensures employees connect with the business from day one and that all people processes operate smoothly and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
  • Ensure the Performance Management System (PMS) Cycle runs according to process, driving timely completion of self-reviews, manager ratings, and cycle milestones.
  • Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases from setup through monthly progress check-ins to closure.
  • Lead Saudization planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, aligning hiring with Saudization targets and conducting quarterly reviews.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital onboarding and offboarding workflows and optimization.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience, deliver onboarding sessions, and guide new joiners to ensure their connection with the business from day one.
  • Facilitate Exit and Onboarding processes and translate insights into clear action plans and outcomes to improve retention and employee experience.
  • Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
