The Role of HR Business Partner - Services

Alstom is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner - Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement and retention, improving organizational performance, managing risk and compliance, and attracting and retaining talent. The HR Business Partner will work closely with various teams across the business, leveraging expertise in HR and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counsel to the business on various HR topics.
  • Understand business needs and align HR actions accordingly, including the implementation of HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and support management on HR-related issues.
  • Manage recruitment processes, which include workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, and induction.
  • Develop employees at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans, and training, while monitoring performance metrics and adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and compliance.
