Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support various employee lifecycle processes, including career development, performance management, and mobility. The specialist will ensure that all HR records are accurate and that operations comply with established organizational policies and legal mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer career self-assessment tools, analyzing results to identify employee development needs and career interests.
• Support the definition, documentation, and communication of career paths that are aligned with specific roles, competencies, and skill requirements.
• Process local and international assignment and transfer requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate movement requirements and maintain accurate employee records.
