About the Role

ALSTOM Transmission & Distribution is seeking a Talent Pool- HR Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will contribute to the organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, improving employee engagement and retention, and enhancing overall organizational performance. This role also involves managing risk and compliance, and attracting and retaining talent. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the business, leveraging expertise in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to the business on various HR topics.
• Understand business needs and align HR actions accordingly, including implementing HR strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and support management on HR-related issues.
• Manage recruitment processes, which include workforce planning, candidate sourcing and selection, and induction.
• Develop employees at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans, and training, while monitoring performance metrics and adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR practices and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
