About the Role

Seara International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle and delivering effective HR services across the organization. The HRBP ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

Role Context and Collaboration

The role operates within a cross-functional HR model, where team members are expected to develop knowledge across different HR areas through cross-training and job rotation. While specific areas may have designated primary ownership, all HR Business Partners are expected to provide backup support across HR activities to ensure business continuity and avoid dependency on a single individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR system data.
  • Process employee changes, transfers, promotions, contract updates, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare and follow up on employment offers and pre-employment requirements.
  • Support Saudi talent acquisition and Saudization objectives.
  • Support HR activities related to government requirements and platforms, ensuring compliance.
  • Support employee and dependent additions, deletions, and updates for medical insurance and GOSI.
  • Monitor attendance, absence, leave, and related employee cases in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide appropriate support.
  • Support employee relations cases, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support the performance management cycle and follow up on completion of objectives and evaluations.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the review and improvement of HR policies, processes, forms, and employment contracts.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation, approvals, and audit trails.

Compliance and Governance

The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring all HR activities align with government requirements and internal policies. This includes supporting Saudization initiatives, monitoring HR compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders on regulatory matters. The role also involves identifying process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement within HR operations.

Employee Support and Development

This position is central to providing comprehensive support to employees across various HR functions. This includes managing benefits, addressing inquiries, facilitating performance management, and contributing to employee development and engagement programs. The HRBP acts as a key point of contact for employee relations and policy application.
