Al Tayer Insignia, a prominent luxury retail group with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Personal Shopping Manager for Bloomingdale's in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the personal shopping department to deliver bespoke retail experiences for exclusive clientele.

Department Leadership and Strategy

The Personal Shopping Manager will be responsible for initiating and driving a specialized and personalized selection process for exclusive customers. This role is central to maximizing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering customer loyalty within the luxury retail environment. The manager will also be tasked with formulating a comprehensive personal shopping strategy and plan, including projected budget requirements, to uphold the organization's image.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the personal shopping department to drive personalized selections for exclusive customers, aiming to maximize sales, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities consistently.
• Collaborate with other business units to create concepts that promote the personal shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual Personal Shopping customers, leading by example in customer service excellence.
• Identify customer needs to recommend products, maximize sales opportunities, and resolve concerns effectively and promptly.
• Maintain relationships with key customers by informing them of new arrivals and inviting them to exclusive previews, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Analyze customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning on current consumer trends, contributing to buying practices aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure the customer database is accurately maintained and updated with information pertaining to exclusive customers.
• Develop and expand market networks to build effective and sustainable business relationships, contributing to the growth of the Personal Shopping customer database.
• Generate and analyze reports to understand performance trends and identify commercial opportunities.
• Ensure the confidentiality of customers’ personal information, confirming its sole use for the department store.
• Guide and motivate staff to enhance performance, ensure quality work, and support their continuous development for higher-level roles.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment or a similar customer-centric management position. A proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management is essential for success in this role.
