The Role of Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist)

Fast Fit is seeking a Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. The trainer plays a key role in client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, and client motivation, directly contributing to client retention and transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs.
• Conduct client assessments to understand individual needs and goals.
• Design and adapt training programs based on client requirements and progress.
• Monitor client performance and provide ongoing feedback and adjustments.
• Motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively to achieve their fitness objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards during all training sessions.
• Contribute to client retention, successful transformation outcomes, and overall service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience required: 0-1 years. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in personal training or EMS-based training will be considered.
• Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (*, NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Solid understanding of fitness and training principles, including exercise physiology, functional training methods, and EMS training systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and adapt training programs based on diverse client needs.
• Professional attitude with a strong service, safety, and ethics mindset.
