The Role of Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist)

Fast Fit is seeking a Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. The Personal Trainer is responsible for client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, and client motivation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position is central to client retention, transformation outcomes, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting client assessments to understand fitness levels and goals.
Designing and implementing personalized EMS-based training programs.
Monitoring client performance and progress throughout training.
Motivating clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards during training sessions.
Contributing to client retention and positive transformation outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (*, NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.
Candidates with 0-1 years of experience, particularly strong hands-on experience in personal training or EMS-based training, will be considered.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within one of Fast Fit's 11 fitness clubs. The role involves working directly with clients in a dynamic fitness environment.
