Role Overview: Medical Representative

The Medical Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets and market share within an assigned territory. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals to promote Tamer Healthcare's products and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and market share as per the agreed company strategy.
  • Forecast territory sales accurately.
  • Plan daily activities based on customer potential within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct field visits, calls, and presentations for healthcare professionals using approved product materials to ensure consistent prescription.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all customers.
  • Report territory forecasting based on the given annual target to ensure target achievement.
  • Report daily activity using the company's reporting system.
  • Report market feedback and competitor activities to the direct manager for necessary actions.
  • Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must.
  • Previous experience in an equivalent position is a must.
  • A marketing professional certificate is considered a plus.
