Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge in market research methodologies and practices.
• Support end-to-end fieldwork activities for both qualitative and quantitative research assignments.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, including agencies, recruiters, and panel providers.
• Track fieldwork progress to ensure adherence to established timelines.
• Maintain accurate fieldwork trackers and status reports.
• Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for recruitment and data collection processes.
• Monitor sample quotas and ensure proper audience targeting for research studies.
• Validate respondent profiles against specific study criteria.
• Conduct basic data checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality.
• Provide regular updates on fieldwork status to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively escalate any identified risks or issues.
• Document learnings from projects and suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Ability to work effectively under close guidance or supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external parties.
