About the Role

MEFITPRO is seeking a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join a premium wellness club in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is suited for a professional with strong clinical expertise and Pilates instruction skills, focused on supporting clients with rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized Pilates programs and rehabilitation plans.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and progressive Pilates sessions using Reformer, Mat, and other equipment, tailored to clients' specific fitness needs.
  • Instruct clients across various fitness levels, including those undergoing pre/post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance enhancement.
  • Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing techniques, and posture during all client sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and progress reports.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, corrective exercises, and long-term physical health maintenance.
  • Uphold the club's high standards of professionalism, client care, and service excellence.
  • Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and club wellness events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certified in Comprehensive Pilates (*, BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent) or certified in Reformer & Mat Pilates.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Pilates instruction, with a preference for experience in a clinical or premium studio setting.
  • Proven experience teaching both group and private Pilates sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement therapy principles.
  • Ability to manage and instruct clients with medical conditions, injuries, and special populations.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh and commit to a 2-year long-term contract.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves a work schedule of a maximum of 4 to 6 sessions/classes per day, 6 days per week. The salary offered is between 11,000 - 14,000 SAR per month, with additional commissions on private sessions. Staff residing in company accommodation receive provided transportation.
