Platform Operations Trainee

About the Role

Jari Solutions is seeking a Platform Operations Trainee to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with 0-1 years of experience who will support the daily operations of the NMO platform. The trainee will work closely with activity providers to ensure their programs are accurately listed, regularly updated, and effectively managed on the platform.

Role Overview

The Platform Operations Trainee will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with activity providers, supporting their onboarding processes, and assisting with daily operational tasks. This position involves resolving basic operational issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for both providers and parents utilizing the NMO platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with activity providers, maintain strong relationships, and follow up on their needs and inquiries.
• Assist providers in registering on the platform and uploading their programs, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
• Monitor program listings and follow up with providers to ensure information, schedules, availability, and other details are updated as needed.
• Receive, track, and follow up on provider requests, questions, and operational issues until they are resolved.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams to address provider requirements and ensure timely support.
• Regularly review program listings to identify missing information, outdated details, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate records of provider communications, program updates, pending requests, and operational activities.
• Identify recurring provider challenges and suggest improvements to platform processes and the overall provider experience.

Training Objectives

By the end of the training period, the trainee is expected to develop practical experience in platform operations, provider onboarding, program listing management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination. This role contributes to the smooth daily operation and growth of the NMO platform.
