PMO Manager

About the Role

PE Global is seeking an International Development PMO Manager for a leading international healthcare group based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the coordination and delivery of new healthcare projects, including the establishment of new clinic facilities in Riyadh. The role requires a proactive professional to coordinate multiple project workstreams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure key activities are completed. International travel, including to the UAE, will be required as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage multiple workstreams to ensure activities progress in line with agreed timelines.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and third-party providers to monitor progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Support the establishment of new healthcare facilities, coordinating operational requirements, contracts, banking arrangements, and administrative activities.
• Monitor project timelines, track outstanding actions, and maintain accountability across all stakeholders.
• Proactively follow up on tasks, resolve coordination challenges, and escalate delays where necessary.
• Collaborate with local teams to support project delivery, operational readiness, and successful handovers.
• Provide hands-on operational support and assist with additional business activities as required.
• Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Support international development initiatives and undertake overseas travel when required.

Candidate Profile

This position is suited for a highly organised professional with 2-5 years of experience in healthcare project coordination, hospital or clinic operations, or PMO functions within the healthcare sector. The role is execution-focused, requiring an individual who can take ownership of tasks, maintain accountability, and ensure deliverables are followed through to completion.
