Role Summary: Pre Sales Engineer

Axians Saudi is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join its team on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, designing comprehensive security system solutions, and preparing technical proposals for various Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The Pre Sales Engineer acts as a key technical liaison, supporting sales efforts and ensuring proposed solutions align with both customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored security system solutions.
• Design and prepare solutions for all ELV systems.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to understand project scope and specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, compliance statements, and system designs.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and existing infrastructure.
• Prepare system architecture diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Support sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical and commercial quotations.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with customer specifications and relevant industry standards.
• Provide technical clarifications during bid evaluations and negotiation phases.
• Support the project handover process to implementation teams.
• Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends in telecommunications and security.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Physical Security Systems, ELV, or Systems Integration.
• Demonstrated experience in technical proposal preparation, costing, and solution design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant design and documentation tools.

Preferred Certifications

• Axis Certified Professional (ACP)
• Genetec Certified Professional
• Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE)
• LenelS2 Technical Certification
