About the Role of Pre Sales Engineer

Shuruq Saudi is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise and designing IT and Security solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar technical sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in technical discussions and presentations with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and design customized IT and Security solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
• Provide technical training and support to Sales personnel and customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a pre-sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves working closely with both internal sales teams and external customers, as well as collaborating with vendors to deliver effective solutions.
