Pre sales Software & Application Engineer Arabic Speaker

About the Role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a Pre-sales Software & Application Engineer who is an Arabic Speaker to join their client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their technology requirements and propose suitable solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team to develop presentations and demonstrations for products and services.

Role Overview

This position is for a Presales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, specifically to support the AI & Data business. The role focuses on preparing technical proposals, understanding customer needs, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with vendors and implementation partners. It also involves supporting the sales team in developing AI and data solutions. This opportunity is suitable for individuals with a technical background interested in learning AI technologies and building a career in presales consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and implementation partners to gather technical information, solution designs, and pricing inputs.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with senior presales consultants to develop AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Follow up with vendors and partners for technical clarifications and proposal support.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical documents, and vendor collateral.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a presales engineering role, preferably supporting AI & Data business.
• Strong technical background with an eagerness to learn AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required for client engagement.
• Ability to understand customer technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
