Presales Consulting Manager

About the Role

****** is seeking a Presales Consulting Manager to provide technical oversight and direction for AI solutions for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and requires strong hands-on technical capability to independently assess and resolve technical requirements and solution questions. The manager will partner with AI, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and direction for complex and strategic enterprise AI opportunities.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, guiding AI Solution Engineers and intervening in complex cases.
• Review and validate end-to-end AI solution architectures that align customer business objectives with ******'s capabilities.
• Supervise technical discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and technical environments.
• Provide technical oversight and support for presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for enterprise customers, with direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
• Review and sign off on solution architectures to ensure technical soundness, scalability, security, compliance, and implementation readiness.
• Provide technical alignment with AI, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Oversee the development of reusable reference architectures, proposal templates, demo environments, and technical playbooks.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to AI Solution Engineers and junior pre-sales team members.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the junior pre-sales team, addressing technical inquiries independently.

Solution Strategy and Technical Leadership

The Presales Consulting Manager will act as a senior technical advisor during strategic opportunities, offering technical guidance to the pre-sales function. This includes intervening in complex cases, ensuring solution quality, reducing delivery risks, standardizing technical approaches, and continuously enhancing ******'s solution offerings and pre-sales capabilities. The role involves reviewing and validating technical approaches that balance innovation, scalability, implementation feasibility, and commercial value.

Executive Customer Engagement

This position requires providing guidance on presenting complex AI solutions in a clear, business-focused manner to executive and technical stakeholders. The manager will offer senior technical guidance on architectural, security, and implementation concerns to build customer confidence, ensuring proposed solutions align with organizational standards, delivery capabilities, and enterprise architecture principles.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on technical capability.
• Ability to independently assess and resolve technical requirements and solution questions.
• Experience in providing technical oversight, governance, and direction for AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable AI solutions.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

The manager will drive improvements to pre-sales methodologies, documentation standards, and solution engineering processes. This includes monitoring emerging AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and enterprise integration trends. The role also involves recommending new technical capabilities that enhance ******'s competitive positioning and customer value proposition.
