Role Overview: Presales Engineering Team Leader

As a Presales Engineering Team Leader at Check Point Software in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for building and leading a Sales Engineer team. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The position requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products, leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales. You will contribute to revenue growth, cultivate customer and partner relationships, and ensure the team meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and cybersecurity technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Representatives, key customers, and partners to understand their needs and tailor cyber solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to the SE Director.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team on best practices and effective working techniques.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Work closely with employees on strategic account planning and MEDDPICC.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred).
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Proven track record in presales.
• Willingness to travel.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with regular office visits required as needed.
