About Noon Academy and the Principal Role

Noon Academy is dedicated to transforming student learning by integrating technology, AI, and learning science into physical spaces to enhance focus, curiosity, and results. The organization is establishing next-generation schools in Saudi Arabia, aiming to make access to quality education widely available. We are seeking a Principal - International Schools to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Scope and Leadership

The Principal will function as the General Manager for a cluster of 4-5 American curriculum campuses within Riyadh. This role involves comprehensive ownership of school planning, implementation, and overall performance. A primary focus will be on developing staff, driving continuous curriculum improvement, and resolving operational challenges across multiple school sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a cluster of K-12 American curriculum campuses.
  • Directly manage teaching staff, including performance appraisals and professional development initiatives.
  • Ensure positive student outcomes across all assigned schools, covering academic results, engagement levels, and retention rates.
  • Drive curriculum implementation and continuous improvement in alignment with Common Core Standards (CCS) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
  • Monitor academic performance through systematic data analysis, classroom observations, and various assessment methods.
  • Lead and maintain Cognia accreditation processes across the school cluster.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and parent communications.
  • Cultivate and sustain a consistent, high-performance culture across every campus.
  • Represent Noon Academy to parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an American curriculum international school, with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Strong working knowledge of Common Core Standards (CCS), Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and American K-12 educational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to Cognia accreditation processes.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, driving professional development, and achieving measurable academic outcomes.
  • Ability to utilize data, classroom observation, and appraisal systems to enhance teaching quality.
  • Native or near-native English fluency is required.
  • A Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership is preferred.
