Role Purpose

The Private Banking Relationship Manager supports private account holders by identifying their banking needs and ensuring targets are met according to approved plans. This involves managing accounts for new private and affluent customers, growing balances, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accounts for new private and affluent customers and identify their banking needs.
• Contribute to the growth of balances for the branch.
• Maintain balances for existing customers.
• Resolve any problems or issues customers may encounter.
• Attract new customers to the bank.
• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
