About the Role

Globe Alliance Company (GAC) is seeking a proactive and resourceful Procurement & Sourcing Officer – Accommodation & Materials to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the company's procurement activities through field visits, property sourcing, supplier identification, market research, and material sourcing.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable buildings, apartments, villas, labour accommodations, camps, and other properties required for company employees and project operations. The role also involves sourcing construction materials, Civil & MEP supplies, tools, equipment, maintenance materials, and Facility Management consumables from reliable suppliers across Riyadh and other required locations.

Required Experience and Skills

This is a field-oriented position requiring regular visits to properties, supplier facilities, construction material markets, warehouses, and commercial establishments. The candidate will work closely with the Procurement Head, Procurement Specialist, Operations, and Project Teams to identify cost-effective options, verify requirements, collect quotations, and submit recommendations for management approval.

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant procurement or sourcing role.
• Ability to conduct field visits and market research effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in collecting quotations and preparing recommendations.
