Procurement Manager Construction Company

About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing procurement processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of essential materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. The Procurement Manager will be instrumental in maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing purchasing strategies, and maximizing value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, project requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (*, CSCP, CPSM) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on procurement for construction projects.
