Golden Mean Contracting is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all procurement and purchasing activities related to the company's engineering and contracting projects.

Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will ensure the timely delivery of quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices. This role requires adherence to company policies, project budgets, and applicable Saudi regulations throughout the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotation evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Source and procure construction materials, MEP equipment, tools, machinery, and subcontracted services.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor procurement costs, supplier performance, long-lead items, and potential supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, approved budgets, applicable Saudi regulations, and relevant local-content requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, purchase orders, and management reports.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team and continuously improve procurement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the engineering and contracting sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex procurement cycles and supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving cost efficiencies.
