The Role of Product Designer

Huspy is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Huspy's products from inception to implementation. This involves taking full ownership of design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously refining features based on user feedback and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive product.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate design implementation and address challenges during development.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
• Focus on delivering valuable features by maintaining a feature-ship mindset, releasing high-impact features efficiently to maximize user value.
• Measure the impact of designs post-launch through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact, and clearly communicate the value delivered.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience in product design.
• Experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches is essential. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
