The Role: Product Engineer II, Flutter

Tamara is seeking a Product Engineer II, Flutter to join its development team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading and developing features that directly impact Tamara's customer base. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in creating scalable Flutter applications to design, develop, and optimize our applications, ensuring unparalleled experiences for users. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and product experts, to develop technical solutions and address complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement features by writing readable, testable, and maintainable code in Dart.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implementations.
• Actively participate in Scrum team activities throughout various stages of feature development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design features that meet project specifications.
• Identify and resolve bugs through thorough code analysis, debugging, root cause determination, and providing practical solutions.
• Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing expertise, experience, and adhering to team standards and best practices.
• Participate in improving project efficiency, component quality, and automation processes as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter Widgets, and State Management, with a preference for BloC.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Strong grasp of application security, safeguarding, and secure data handling practices.
• Ability to design solutions for medium to complex features involving multiple teams.
• Professional experience working in Agile/Scrum projects is required.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, with a dedication to collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Effective task prioritization and organizational skills, enabling independent work with minimal supervision.
