About Webook and the Product Operations Manager Role

The company is seeking a Product Operations Manager to establish its Product Operations function from the ground up. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is central to how the product organization operates and scales.

Mission of Product Operations

The primary goal of Product Operations at Webook is to enhance efficiency and reduce the lead time to value. This involves improving how product planning, execution, launch, and learning cycles operate across Product, Engineering, and Design teams. As the inaugural Product Operations hire, this role will be instrumental in setting foundational rituals, standards, tooling, and feedback loops to help teams move quickly with clarity, focusing on outcomes rather than process for its own sake.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own *******'s Product Operations foundations, including planning cadence, OKR tracking, decision forums, roadmap hygiene, and ways of working.
• Orchestrate release readiness and go-to-market execution across markets by defining launch standards, checklists, and clear ownership.
• Create the post-launch learning loop, encompassing performance tracking, insights synthesis, retrospectives, and follow-up execution with accountable product owners.
• Define and track cross-market experience standards and launch quality signals, proactively surfacing gaps with clear owners for resolution.
• Drive a select number of high-impact horizontal initiatives that measurably improve delivery speed, quality, and alignment.
• Act as a connector and force multiplier across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams, removing friction and identifying systemic risks early.
• Establish lightweight documentation and tooling standards to improve clarity without introducing bureaucracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, consulting, or transformation roles within a technology environment.
• Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch and achieve adoption without direct authority.
• Strong cross-functional program leadership, guiding initiatives from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.
• Experience supporting multi-market launches or localization efforts.
• Background in consumer applications, marketplaces, or the ticketing and entertainment industry.
• Prior experience hiring or leading a small team.
• Data fluency, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and making tradeoffs visible.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage conflict constructively.
• Demonstrated bias for action and high ownership.

Reporting Structure and Team Development

This position reports directly to the Sr Director of Product. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial functions. As the Product Operations function demonstrates impact, there will be an opportunity to hire and lead a small dedicated team.
