About the Role

Huxley is partnering with a leading technology consulting firm to recruit experienced Product Owners. These full-time positions are based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and are integral to large-scale banking and digital transformation initiatives within the region. We are seeking professionals with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Product Owner Specializations

We are looking for Product Owners across three key specializations:

• Product Owner - Cards: Focus on Debit & Credit Cards, including issuance, activation, servicing, transaction management, and mobile/digital banking card journeys.
• Product Owner - Payments: Expertise in domestic and international payments, with experience in SARIE, SADAD, instant payments, payment processing, transaction tracking, and customer journeys.
• Product Owner - Financial Services (AI): Experience with AI/ML-driven products, AI governance, controls, model monitoring, and product roadmap ownership within banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs and user stories for specific banking products.
• Drive agile delivery processes within digital transformation projects.
• Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Engage in stakeholder management and vendor coordination as required.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of digital banking and financial services products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong background in Banking or Digital Banking.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Specific experience relevant to the chosen specialization (Cards, Payments, or Financial Services with AI).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced digital transformation environments.
